Pezedo
Pezedo is an Italian surname. ==Origin== Pezedo was documented in 1356 from the ''History of the Agordino'' by Don P. Temis. In 1580 to Pecce; 1607 to Pecei; (seen in 1701 as Pezei); ending up in 1615 as Pezze, all derived from a village. ''Picetum'' is Latin for "forest of firs". Pezedo is a regional dialect rendering of ''Picetum'', carrying the connotation of a people who lived among the firs. Therefore, "Those who dwell among the forest of firs".
