Starting off in the late 1970s with just a few primary schools, today the institution has several high schools, pre-university colleges, management schools and a research center. ==History== The Founder President was H.H. Sri Vibudhesha Teertha Swamiji of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt. Now H.H. Sri Vishwapriya Teertha Swamiji has taken over as the President of Udupi Sri Admar Mutt Education Council and all the institutions are running under his guidance. The first branch was at Admar itself (Poornaprajna English Medium High School) and was established in 1950. Even their PUC (pre-university college) was opened at Admar in the same year. Now there are over 25 institutions. Their institutions are renowned for the quality of education. The main wish of H.H.
