Pozarnica
Pozarnica is a town in the Tuzla municipality of northeast Bosnia. It is located 6 kilometers east of Tuzla on the Majevica mountain. During the Bosnian Civil War, this ethnically Serbian village was destroyed by Bosniak forces attacking from Tuzla. Its residents were forced to leave the village, which was occupied and looted by the invading army. A small number of Serbs returned to Pozarnica after their homes had been rebuilt by international aid organizations. It is partially occupied today by Bosniak refugees from various parts of Bosnia. Most of its pre-war population settled in Republika Srpska, Serbia and abroad. The land, although not being utilized agriculturally or otherwise, is still predominantly owned by its former Serbian occupants. ==External links==
