Priola is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about southeast of Turin and about southeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 765 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Priola contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pievetta, Casario, Careffi, and Pianchiosso.
