Prodilidine

Prodilidine is an opioid analgesic which is a ring-contracted analogue of prodine. It has around the same efficacy as codeine, but is only around 1/3 the potency, and has little abuse potential.〔(Fraser HF. Addictiveness of 1,2-dimethyl,3-phenyl,3-propionoxy pyrrolidine hydrochloride (ARC I-O-1) ''UNODC Bulletin on Narcotics'' 1964 Issue 1. )〕〔Splitter SR.
