Pentapadu Pushpavalli, better known as Pushpavalli, was a Telugu and Tamil film actress.〔http://www.ghantasala.info/tfs/cdata1028.html〕 She was the second romantic interest of Gemini Ganesan. She had two daughters with him, of which the eldest was Rekha. She starred in many films with Ganesan, mostly as his heroine. Her film work includes title roles in ''Miss Malini'' (1947), an adaptation of R.K. Narayan's novel ''Mr. Sampath'',〔 and the Telugu film ''Satyabhama''.
