PyLadies
PyLadies is an international mentorship group which focuses on helping more women become active participants in the Python open-source community.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.pyladies.com/about/ )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=https://github.com/pyladies/pyladies#readme )〕 The mission of the group is to create a diverse Python community through outreach, education, conferences and social gatherings. PyLadies also provides funding for women to attend open source conferences. The organisation was created by seven women in Los Angeles in April 2011, with the aim of increasing the participation of women in computing. PyLadies became a mult-chapter organization with the founding of the Washington (D.C.)〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.meetup.com/dc-pyladies/ )〕 chapter in August 2011. The group currently has more than 40 chapters around the world.
