QuisLex was founded in 2004 〔(QuisLex - Bloomberg Businessweek )〕 by attorneys from Skadden Arps,〔(The National Law Journal 2013 Legal Business Trailblazers & Pioneers )〕 Shearman & Sterling and Sidley Austin. Since then, the company has expanded to over 1,000 full-time employees.〔(Ten years down the road for QuisLex )〕 QuisLex launched operations with the opening of its first facility in the HITEC City area of Hyderabad, India in 2004. As the company has grown, it has undergone multiple expansions in the HITEC City area, including the opening of a 200 seat facility in 2009, a 350 seat facility in 2011, and an additional 25,000 square foot expansion in 2012.
