Rakthashali Rakthashali is a rare red rice variety. It has a high medicinal value. Ayurveda says this variety of rice, dating its use back to more than 3,000 years, is good for dosha, such as Vatha, Pitha, and Kafa. This white-tipped rice with red bran is believed to have properties to slow down the process of aging.
