Ramot (, ''lit.'' Heights), also known as Ramot Alon ((ヘブライ語:רמות אלון)), is a large neighborhood〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Ramot )〕 in a northern part of East Jerusalem.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Israel court jails Palestinian activist Bassem Tamimi )〕 Ramot is one of Jerusalem's Ring Neighborhoods. The land was annexed by Israel after the Six-Day War, though that annexation has not been recognized internationally.
