Ranbaxy Laboratories
Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited () is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company that was incorporated in India in 1961. The company went public in 1973 and Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo acquired a controlling share in 2008.〔Matsuyama, Kanoko. In 2014 however, Ranbaxy was ranked 184th among India's most trusted brands according to the Brand Trust Report 2014, a study conducted by Trust Research Advisory, a brand analytics company.
