Rosecrance is a private, not-for-profit behavioral health organization based in Rockford, Illinois. It offers both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults and families. Rosecrance provides evidence-based addiction treatment through inpatient programs in Rockford and outpatient services in Rockford and six offices in the Chicago area. Rosecrance offers outpatient mental health treatment services in Rockford. Rosecrance is affiliated with (Aspen Counseling & Consulting ). == History == In 1864, Dr. James and Frannie Rosecrance built a 16-room white house that is now a landmark in New Milford, Illinois.
