Rusibisir was a city in the Roman province of Mauretania Caesariensis, in the region of Tiza in modern Algeria.
== Titular see ==
The diocese was nominally restored in 1933 as a Latin titular see and since has five near-consecutive Latin incumbents, of the lowest (episcopal) rank with a single (archiepiscopal) exception.
