Ráztely
Ráztely (formerly Rastely until 1910 and Raztely until 1950〔ing. Jiřina Růžková CSc. a ing. Josef Škrabal: ''Historický lexikon obcí České republiky 1869-2005'', 2007〕) is a small village located in South Bohemian Region, in district Písek on its border with Central Bohemian Region, 3 km west from town Mirovice, which Ráztely is part of.
==History==
The first record of Rastely is from 1068.〔''Čimelice - regionální historie'', MÚ Čimelice, 2000〕 Another record can be found in the Codex Vyssegradensis from about 1085. Until 1323 the village was, together with Svučice and another 20 villages along the old salt path from Passau, the property of the Vyšehrad Chapter.〔Tříska, Karel Dr.: ''Hrady, zámky a tvrze v Čechách, na Moravě a ve Slezku'', V. díl, Jižní Čechy, Praha 1986〕 Rastely later became a manor estate under Jiřík z Rastel in 1511 (he died in 1542). His daughter Anna sold the village to Jan and Jiřík z Ploskovic. Rastely was accredited to Kryštof Loubský z Lub na Rencích during the Czech assembly of 1584.〔Digitální knihovna: ''České sněmy'', Svazek VI., 1581-1585 - 1584〕 After Rastely became the property of the House of Šic z Drahenic it was pillaged in 1622 and in 1623 sold to Příbík Jeníšek z Újezda when it was also merged with the nearby town Březnice.
