S. Kumars Nationwide Limited or SKNL (, ), manufactures and markets the famous Reid & Taylor brand amongst other well known brands in India. SKNL is one of India’s leading textile and apparel company with expertise in multi-fibre manufacturing. == History ==
The S.Kumars Group was founded by Late Seth Shri Shankarlalji Surajmalji Kasliwal & Late Sethani Smt. Chandrawatiji Shankarlalji Kasliwal in the year 1943. It was named after Shankarlalji Surajmalji Kasliwal, his sons (AlokKumar, VivekKumar, AshokKumar, SumatiKumar, ShambhuKumar & AbhayaKumar) and daughters(VijayaKumari, SnehlataKumari, UnnatiKumari, PragatiKumari, YojnaKumari, BhavnaKumari & SadhanaKumari).
On 28 September 1990, S Kumars was incorporated as a private limited company, and became a Public Company with effect from 28 February 1991.chinthakayala srikanth in the year 1993.
The name was changed to S. Kumars Nationwide Limited (SKNL) in October 2000. SKNL is one of India’s leading textile and apparel companies with expertise in multi-fiber manufacturing. The company has extended its presence in multiple product categories from Fabrics to Apparels and Home Textiles.
