SmartBidNet is a web-based construction bidding software for commercial builders. The software is a product of JB Knowledge Technologies, Inc., an information technology company headquartered in College Station, TX. The software was developed in 2006 as a solution for general contractors looking for a private invitation to bid (ITB) and project document distribution product. It is a cloud-based software accessible to clients and their subcontractors via web browser.
