Soaplife

Soaplife is a fortnightly UK magazine, released on Tuesday by IPC Media. Storylines of the shows it covers are from soap operas shown in the United Kingdom and from Australia.
Popular soaps featured are ''EastEnders'', ''Coronation Street'', ''Doctors'', ''Emmerdale'', ''Hollyoaks'', ''Neighbours'' and ''Home and Away''.
In 1999, it was first launched just for one issue to print pictures from The British Soap Awards as sister TV listings magazine, What's on TV did not have enough space to print all the backstage pictures. Its selling figures were impressive and a second issue came out shortly afterwards. Since the late 90s, ''Soaplife'' has made 145 issues and is the second biggest selling soap opera magazine, behind weekly Inside Soap.
Edited by Hellen Gardner, it offers backstage news and gossip from GMTV's Tina Baker, advanced storyline hot plots, readers' views and competitions.
''Soaplife'' belongs to IPC Media's family of television magazines, which form the sub-group TX. This includes What's on TV, TV Easy and TV & Satellite Week and TV Times.
