SoftTeco is a Minsk-based offshore software development company founded in 2008. The company has two development offices in Minsk, Belarus, and a legal entity in Lithuania (ST Apps). The company provides custom software development services, mobile software development, web and desktop application development. Since its foundation the company has operated on the markets of Europe, the USA, Canada and Russia. ==History== The company was founded by two IT professionals, Sergei Zenevich (Chief technology officer) and Alex Kutsko (Chief executive officer) in April in 2008. Initially the company’s main focus was long-term Java projects. With the consistent revenue growth the company decided to extend services to custom mobile app development and launched a mobile department which in 2013 constituted 50% of the company’s staff. The overall staff comprises 60 employees divided into 3 departments – iOS, Android development, java development and QA department.
