Spadafora (Sicilian: ''Spatafora'') is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about east of Palermo and about northwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,322 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Spadafora contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Martino and Grangiara.
