SparkChess is a commercial chess program with single-player and multiplayer capabilities and learning features, including chess lessons. Originally intended to be played online, it was ported on a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux as well as on tablets and phones running iOS and Android. ==History== The first version of the program was called flashCHESS, written in ActionScript 1.
