Stixwould
Stixwould is a small village in the civil parish of Stixwould and Woodhall, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated east from Lincoln and north-east from the large village of Woodhall Spa. The parish church is a Grade II listed building dedicated to Saint Peter, rebuilt in 1831 by Christopher Turner. The font dates from the 16th century. A 13th-century grave slab, found on the site of Stixwould Abbey, leans against north side of the church tower. There is also a 14th-century churchyard cross in the graveyard. ==References==
