is a temple of the Rinzai school Myōshin-ji sect of Zen. It is located in the Azuchi area of Ōmihachiman, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. The temple was donated by Oda Nobunaga to Azuchi Castle during the Azuchi-Momoyama period in the Tenshō era. On the 16th of November in 1854, Sōken-ji was lost to accidental fire.
