Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri () (born 19 February 1951) is a Pakistani politician and Islamic scholar of Sufism.〔 〕 He was also a professor of international constitutional law at the University of the Punjab. Qadri is also the founding chairman of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
