Talaus
In Greek mythology, Talaus () was the king of Argos and one of the Argonauts.〔Apollonius Rhodius, ''Argonautica'', 2. 118〕 He was the son of Bias and Pero. His wife was Lysimache, daughter of Abas (also known as Eurynome, Lysippe〔Scholia on Plato, p. 419 ed. Bekker (937, 26 ed. Baiter)〕 or Lysianassa, daughter of Polybus〔Pausanias, ''Description of Greece'', 2. 6. 6.〕).
