Talyshistan also spelled as Talishistan, Tolishistan, Talyshistan is an unofficial designation meaning the land of Talysh people, for the historical ''Land of Cadusi.''. This historical geographic designation has been used by the medieval geographer Muhammad Sadiq ibn Muhammad Salih Sadiq Isfahan (circa 1609).〔"The geographical works of Sadik Isfahani.
