Tarhal Tarhal was a hiking and guesthouse network in the Upper Akkar and Dunniyeh north-east of Tripoli in Lebanon. Sites in the area include the fortress of Akkar El Atika, caves in the valley of Qamamine and Fnaideq, graves in Hrar, roman steles, and Qobayat residences cedars, junipers in Qamouaa, turkey oaks in Fnaideq, and oak graoves in Qobayat. .
