The nearest railway station to the Temple is Thiruppathiripuliyur. The temple is 0.5km from Thiruppathiripuliyur Railway Station. This temple is situated in Cuddalore town. This is one of the temples which is a Paadal Petra Sthalam situated in "Nadunadu". Here the God Name is Padaleewarar and Mother name is Periyanayaki or Arundhava nayaki.
