Timebreaker : ウィキペディア英語版
Timebreakers

The Timebreakers are a fictional race of buglike aliens, created by Tony Bedard for the comic book Exiles. They first appeared under the guise of the Timebroker in Exiles #1. Later, it was discovered by the Exiles team that the Timebroker did not exist, and he was, in fact, created as a facade for a bunch of incompetents who had accidentally damaged the multiverse.
As the story goes, the Timebreakers stumbled upon an interdimensional viewing station and, through their meddling, accidentally altered the realities of the multiverse. Through the Timebroker they then enlisted the help of a group of dimension-lost superheroes to fix the realities they broke.
