Tomer
Tomer (, ''lit.'' Palm Tree) is a moshav and Israeli settlement in the West Bank.〔 Located in the Jordan Valley, it falls under the jurisdiction of Bik'at HaYarden Regional Council.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=The Jordan Valley – A General Description )〕 In 2011 it had a population of 236.〔http://cbs.gov.il/ishuvim/ishuv2011/bycode.xls〕 The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this. In March 1978 it moved to its present location near Highway 90.
