Pottery and porcelain, with Yaozhou Kiln products are particularly well known. Tongchuan also produces medicines and food products. Farm products include apples, hot peppers, Chinese prickly ash, garlic, flue-cured tobacco, walnuts and precious Chinese medicine herbs.
