Trans-Caspia : ウィキペディア英語版 | Trans-Caspia
Trans-Caspia is a seldom-used name for the region lying to the east of the Caspian Sea. It can mean either Turkmenistan in particular or Central Asia in general. The term has little or no importance in terms of culture or of modern politics, but was historically sometimes used in the times of the Russian Empire in a political and cultural sense. Following the Russian Revolution of 1917 the British sent the Malleson Mission (1918-1919) to Trans-Caspia. ==See also==
