Ehrenfried Walther von Tschirnhaus

Ehrenfried Walther von Tschirnhaus (or Tschirnhausen, (:ˈeːʁənˌfʁiːt ˈwaltɐ fɔn ˈt͡ʃiːɐ̯nhaʊs); 10 April 1651 – 11 October 1708) was a German mathematician, physicist, physician, and philosopher.
