Tõrva ((ドイツ語:Törwa)) is a town ((エストニア語:linn)) and municipality in Valga County, southern Estonia. It is situated on the banks of Õhne River. Tõrva has an area of and a population of 3,101 (as of 1 January 2009),〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Population figure and composition )〕 making it the second largest of the three towns in Valga County. Tõrva borough () gained its town rights on 2 July 1926.
