It stretches from ''Govt Hospital Karimbam'' to ''Panakkad'' and ''Varadool'' villages. Velipara is a small village part of both ''Kurumathur'' GramaPanchayath and ''Taliparamaba'' Municipality. The undulating hills that surround this little village make it exceptionally beautiful. The surrounding villages of ''Panakkad'', ''Varadool'' and ''Karimbam'' are filled with lush green fields. Sir Syed College, Sir Syed Institute, Sir Syed High School and Keyi Sahib BEd colleges are a few famous institutions in Velipara. The people of Velipara are generally well mannered and secularistic, living together in a tight knit community.
