Velventos ((ギリシア語:Βελβεντός)) is a town and a former municipality in Kozani regional unit, West Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Servia-Velventos, of which it is a municipal unit.〔(Kallikratis law ) Greece Ministry of Interior 〕 It lies at the foot of the Pierian Mountains, 33 km northeast of the city of Kozani. It is located near the artificial lake of Polyfyto.
