VersionOne
VersionOne is a technology company. It is best known for the development of agile lifecycle management software. VersionOne is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and has an office in Amsterdam. Robert Holler is the company's president and chief executive officer.
== History ==
VersionOne was founded in 2002 by Robert Holler and Rajiv Delwadia. In 2007, the company raised $6.5 million in a Series A funding from OpenView Venture Partners.
In 2014, VersionOne announced its expansion to Europe with an office in Amsterdam and a U.K.-based team in London. VersionOne partnered with CA Technologies to integrate the Project and Portfolio Management and Agile Project Management products in October 2014. In November 2014, VersionOne received $20 million in Series B funding from LLR Partners. In October 2015, the company acquired ClearCode Labs, a Continuous Delivery and DevOps provider, to integrate with its agile lifecycle management software. VersionOne announced that its Fall 2015 software update was available to the public in October 2015.
