Votojournalism is a portmanteau word combination of voter and photojournalism, used to describe photographs taken in a political campaign by the general public. These photographs are uploaded to an image-sharing website such as Flickr and thereby made accessible to all internet users via direct access or a feed. The word appears to have been coined by (TechPresident.com ) in February 2007.
