Waisa
Waisa is one of the 84 villages of Chhachh Valley, a geographical region in the northern section of Attock District which is East of Peshawar and west of Islamabad. ==History== The historical village dating back to the 1800s, at the time when it was under the Afghan rule of Shah Mahmood Durrani. Waisa originated from the founder Awais Khan who was nicknamed 'Waisa Khan'. Mohammed Awais Khan originated from Afghanistan. In an authentic District Attock document dating back to 1862 it is recorded that Mohammad Awais Khan founded the village Waisa. This was at the time of Dost Mohammad Khan who was the ruler of Afghanistan at the time.
