A chlamydospore is the thick-walled big resting spore of several kinds of fungi, including ''Ascomycota'' such as ''Candida'' and ''Basidiomycota'' such as ''Panus''. It is the life-stage which survives in unfavourable conditions, such as dry or hot seasons. Chlamydospores are usually dark-coloured, spherical, and have a smooth (non-ornamented) surface. They are multicellular, the cells being connected by pores in septae between cells. Chlamydospores are a result of asexual reproduction (in which case they are conidia called chlamydoconidia) or sexual reproduction (rare). Teliospores are special kind of chlamydospores of rusts and smuts. ==See also== *Conidium *Teliospore *Zygospore 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「chlamydospore」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
