Cilazapril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE inhibitor) used for the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure. It is branded as Inhibace in Canada and other countries, Vascace and Dynorm in a number of European countries, among many other names. Of the eight possible stereoisomers, only the all-''S'' form is medically viable.
