worghest
A worghest is a type of fantasy creature from the Forgotten Realms campaign setting in the ''Dungeons & Dragons'' fantasy roleplaying game. It is a planetouched creature that is the combination of a Barghest ancestor and goblin blood. As a planetouched, it is an outsider of the Native subtype with a collection of power based on its fiendish bloodline as well as abilities based on its goblin nature.
In the setting, a barghest's personality traits are thought to be stronger than those of goblinoids. According this setting, this is why the common worghests tend to be Lawful Evil in nature. The favored class of worghest player characters is ranger.
