ウォルター・ラカー（Walter Zeev Laqueur、1921年5月26日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の歴史学者。専門は、ロシア、ドイツを中心としたヨーロッパ現代史、中東現代史。またテロリズム研究でも知られる。 ドイツのブレスラウ（現在のポーランド・ヴロツワフ）のユダヤ系家庭に生まれる。1938年、イギリス統治下のパレスチナに移住。その後、イギリスおよびアメリカ合衆国に渡り、ブランダイス大学教授、ジョージタウン大学教授を歴任。1994年までホロコースト研究で知られるウィーナー図書館現代史研究所所長を務めた。 == 著書 == === 単著 === * ''Communism and Nationalism in the Middle East'', (Routledge & K.
